What you will be doing: In this chat support role, you’ll address customer questions through email and live chat channels, helping them maximize their experience with our platform as their go-to business management solution.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: A laptop, smartphone, or tablet is essential, along with a stable internet connection. Competency in basic written English is required.
Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position in live chat support—we provide comprehensive onboarding and training, so no prior experience in chat support roles is necessary.
Location: Work from anywhere with internet access globally (US-based candidates preferred).
