In this Mobile Software Tester position, your primary focus will be verifying that mobile applications perform correctly and meet quality standards. You’ll need a solid grasp of mobile platforms, app evaluation techniques, and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment. Strong interpersonal abilities and meticulous attention to detail are essential for documenting and reporting any problems you discover.
Roles: Your responsibilities include installing applications onto your mobile device and systematically evaluating their performance. Following this evaluation, you’ll compose detailed feedback about your testing experience and identify any issues encountered.
Requirements: You must own or have regular access to at least one of these devices: iPhone, iPad, Android Smartphone, or Android Tablet
Contract length: Ongoing, with no set end date
Rate: $35 hourly.
Skills/background needed:
Access to a mobile device and proficiency in downloading and operating applications
Capacity to complete tasks with minimal supervision
Aptitude for adhering closely to detailed procedures
Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability
Stable broadband connection
Hours per week: Variable schedule.
Location: Work from anywhere via the internet (United States based candidates preferred).
