In this role, you’ll respond to incoming live chat inquiries from customers of multiple companies using platforms such as Facebook Messenger and similar channels. Working entirely from home means you can provide support without any in-person meetings or office visits required.
Rate: $35 hourly
Requirements: A working device (laptop, smartphone, or tablet) and stable high-speed internet are essential. Fundamental proficiency in written English communication is also necessary.
Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position in live chat support, with complete onboarding and preparation included. No previous experience in paid chat assistance roles is required to succeed here.
