You’ll have access to a comprehensive reference guide containing responses to frequently posed inquiries, plus management support available when you encounter more complex issues.
Contract length: Open-ended arrangement with no predetermined end date
Rate: $35 hourly
Skills/background needed: You’ll need equipment capable of accessing web browsers and live chat platforms (computer, tablet, or smartphone).
Comfortable managing responsibilities on your own.
Proficiency in following detailed protocols and written guidelines.
Minimum 20+ weekly hours of availability.
Stable, high-speed internet access.
Hours per week: Between 20 and 40 hours weekly
