We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to become App Quality Control Testers on our growing team. You’ll be working from home to evaluate mobile applications and confirm they perform according to our stringent quality benchmarks.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and launch mobile applications on your own device such as a smartphone or tablet.
- Evaluate how well the application works, how easy it is to use, and the overall standard of quality.
- Take note of and describe any problems or glitches you discover while using the app.
- Work alongside team members to communicate findings and work toward fixing any problems discovered.
Requirements:
- A mobile device (smartphone or tablet) with iOS or Android capability.
- Meticulous focus and the capacity to adhere to detailed instructions.
- Clear written communication to convey discovered bugs and problems.
- Steady internet access and capability to work from a remote location.
Contract length: Ongoing, no set end date
Rate: $35 hourly (varies based on app complexity and the depth of analysis required)
Skills/background needed:
- Must own a mobile device and be comfortable downloading and launching applications.
- Capable of managing work without constant supervision
- Capacity to adhere to specific procedures and guidelines with precision
- At least 5 hours each week to dedicate to assignments
- Dependable internet connection
