What you will be doing: Operating as a remote chat support specialist, you’ll earn money by responding to incoming live chat conversations on company websites and social media platforms. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, sharing relevant product links, and informing customers about available promotions.
Contract length: Flexible, with no set expiration date
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer capable of accessing website chats and social media platforms. Must be self-directed and able to follow detailed guidelines carefully. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability required. A dependable internet connection is essential.
Hours per week: Between 5 and 40 hours weekly
