We’re looking for motivated individuals to become App Quality Control Testers on our growing remote team. You’ll be testing mobile applications from anywhere, making sure they work smoothly and deliver an excellent user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Install and set up mobile apps on your personal device (smartphone or tablet).
- Evaluate app performance, usability, and overall quality across different scenarios.
- Identify, document, and report any glitches or problems you encounter.
- Work alongside our team to communicate findings and help address identified issues.
Requirements:
- A working smartphone or tablet with iOS or Android capability.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to following directions precisely.
- Clear communication abilities to effectively describe any bugs or glitches discovered.
- Stable internet access and the capacity to work from home consistently.
Contract length: Ongoing, no set end date
Rate: $35 per hour (varies based on app complexity and the level of detail needed for evaluation)
Skills/background needed:
- Ownership of a smartphone or tablet with the ability to download and operate applications confidently.
- Capable of working independently without constant oversight
- Capacity to adhere to specific testing protocols and guidelines
- Minimum 5+ hours per week that you can dedicate to this work
- Dependable high-speed internet connection
Hours per week: Adaptable schedule.
