We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to become part of our growing team! In this role, you’ll handle customer inquiries and deliver tailored solutions that contribute to business growth.
What you will be doing: Working as a chat support specialist, you’ll earn money by managing incoming chat communications across business websites and social platforms. Your duties will encompass responding to customer questions, sharing product links, and facilitating promotional offers.
Responsibilities:
- Introduce and showcase our offerings to both prospective and loyal patrons
- Identify and reach out to prospective buyers
- Hit your sales quota targets within specified timeframes
- Address and resolve customer concerns and feedback
- Schedule check-in conversations to maintain customer engagement on recent updates
- Develop promotional content and presentations for customer interactions
Contract length: Ongoing, without a set endpoint
Rate: $35 hourly
Skills/background needed: Possession of a computer, smartphone, or tablet for accessing chat and social media platforms. Self-directed work style. Capacity to adhere to specific guidelines and procedures. Minimum availability of 5+ hours weekly. Stable broadband connection required.
Hours per week: Between 5 and 40 hours weekly
Location: Work from anywhere with internet access (preference for United States-based candidates).
