We’re looking for a Live Chat Support Representative to become part of our growing support team. In this entry-level position, you’ll deliver outstanding assistance to customers via live chat on websites and mobile applications. This role offers the freedom to work remotely from anywhere you have a stable internet connection.
Contract length: Ongoing with no set end date
Rate: $35/hour
Skills/background needed: Access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) capable of handling website chat and social media messaging. Self-motivated work style. Ability to carefully adhere to guidelines and procedures. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability. Fast and dependable internet connection required.
