We are looking for an Entry-Level Customer Chat Associate to become part of our Support Operations team. In this position, you would assist our sales department by engaging with customers through digital messaging platforms to promote and sell our offerings across targeted markets. Your responsibilities will include fostering positive customer connections, addressing customer questions and complaints, and spotting new opportunities to help drive sales forward.
This role requires no in-person interaction whatsoever. All communication happens through online messaging systems like Facebook Messenger. You’ll be providing live chat assistance to clients by managing their website and social media chat channels. As a completely remote position, you have the flexibility to work from any location with an internet connection.
Your primary task as a live chat assistant involves responding to incoming chat inquiries on company websites and their social media platforms. You’ll be handling things like answering customer inquiries, sending product information links, and communicating special offers and promotions.
Rate: $35 hourly
Requirements: A computer, smartphone, or tablet is necessary, along with dependable high-speed internet access. Basic proficiency in written English is also required.
Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level opportunity in live chat support, so comprehensive onboarding and instruction will be supplied. Previous experience with paid live chat roles is not necessary.
