What you will be doing: In this position, you’ll receive compensation for responding to live chat conversations across client websites and social channels. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, sharing relevant product links, and presenting available promotional offers.
Contract length: Flexible, open-ended arrangement
Rate: $35 hourly
Skills/background needed: Access to a suitable gadget for navigating social media and web-based chat tools (Computer/Phone/Tablet). Capability to manage tasks without constant supervision. Willingness to adhere closely to detailed protocols. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability. Stable high-speed internet access.
Hours per week: Between 5 and 40 hours weekly
