What you will be doing: Your role as a live chat customer service specialist involves responding to incoming messages on client websites and social media platforms. Your responsibilities will encompass addressing customer inquiries, sharing relevant product links, and communicating available promotional offers.
Contract length: Flexible, with no set end date
Rate: $35 hourly
Requirements: You’ll need access to a computer, smartphone, or similar device along with a stable internet connection. Fundamental written English communication ability is essential.
Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with comprehensive onboarding included—prior experience in chat-based support roles is not required to succeed here.
Location: Work from anywhere with internet access (based in the United States preferred).
