We’re seeking an experienced Live Chat Support Specialist to become part of our growing team. This position involves delivering exceptional customer service to website visitors of our clients by managing conversations through Live Chat platforms.
You’ll manage several customer conversations simultaneously, responding quickly and accurately to each inquiry. Strong written communication abilities and composure when facing demanding situations will be essential for excelling in this opportunity.
What you will be doing: Working as an independent live chat representative, you’ll earn money by responding to incoming chat requests on company websites or social platforms. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer concerns, sharing relevant product information, and communicating promotional offers.
Contract length: Flexible with no minimum commitment
Rate: $35 hourly
Skills/background needed: Must have access to a computer, phone, or tablet capable of using website chat and social media platforms. Comfortable working self-directed. Capability to follow detailed guidelines precisely. Minimum 5+ hours weekly flexibility. Dependable high-speed internet access.
Hours per week: Between 5 and 40 hours weekly
Location: Work from anywhere with internet access (United States based candidates preferred).
