We’re looking for remote chat support specialists to fill current openings across our team. If you speak English at a conversational level and feel confident handling customer inquiries through text-based communication, we’d love to have you apply. In this role, you’ll respond to visitor questions via live chat and deliver useful support information. We supply all the resources, scripts, and guidelines you’ll need to handle conversations effectively. Successful candidates tend to be personable, patient, and willing to adapt to variable scheduling needs.
Rate: $35 hourly
Requirements: A working computer, smartphone, or tablet plus consistent internet access are essential for this position.
Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level opportunity with comprehensive onboarding included—prior experience in chat support is not necessary to succeed here.
