In this role as a Usability Researcher focused on mobile applications, you’ll contribute meaningfully to ensuring that our apps genuinely serve the real needs and desires of their users. Your work will involve running usability assessments designed to measure how well Android apps perform, spot opportunities for refinement, and offer insights for improving overall user satisfaction.
Roles: Your primary responsibilities will involve installing applications onto your personal smartphone or tablet and thoroughly exploring each feature. Following this hands-on testing, you’ll compose detailed feedback about your observations and document any issues or glitches you encounter.
Requirements: You must have ownership of at least one device from this list: iPhone, iPad, Android Smartphone, or Android Tablet
Contract length: Open-ended with no predetermined expiration
Rate: $35 hourly.
Skills/background needed:
Ownership of a mobile device and practical experience installing and operating apps
Capacity to work without direct supervision
Comfort with meticulously adhering to established guidelines and protocols
Minimum 5+ hours per week available for work
Consistent, dependable internet access
Hours per week: Variable and adaptable to your schedule.
Location: Work from anywhere with internet connection (preference for applicants based in United States).
