What you will be doing: In this role, you’ll receive compensation for managing incoming live chat communications on client websites and social channels. Your responsibilities include resolving customer concerns, sharing relevant product links, and communicating promotional offers.
Contract length: Flexible with no set duration
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You’ll need equipment that supports accessing website chat platforms and social media messaging (Smartphone/Tablet/Computer). Capable of operating with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail when executing assigned procedures and guidelines. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability. Dependable high-speed internet access.
Hours per week: Between 5 and 40 hours weekly
Location: Work entirely from home (United States strongly encouraged).
